Refund Policy


Standard Season Refunds:


Refunds, if provided, will be handled by Spring Hill Sports, LLC and not PlayMetrics.


  1. If a participant withdraws prior to rosters being assigned, a refund will be provided minus a $5 administration fee.
  2. If a participant withdraws after being assigned to a team and uniform orders are placed, no refund will be issued.
  3. If Spring Hill Sports, LLC is unable to field a team in a particular division due to lack of participants, a full refund may be given to participants signed up for that division.
  4. In all circumstances, any equipment issued to a player must be returned BEFORE any refund will be processed. Refund checks will be processed AFTER.



Summer Camp Refunds:


Soccer camp refund policy is slightly different from the standard season refund policy due to a dual partnership we have with our camp vendor(s).


  1. If a participant withdraws 30 days or more in advance, a full refund will be provided minus a $5 administration fee.
  2. If a participant withdraws day 29-15 before the camp, a 50% refund will be provided minus a $5 administration fee.
  3. If a participant withdraws day 14 to the day of camp, no refund will be issued.
