Players should feel welcome to take part, make mistakes and improve. Coaches should feel supported. Referees should be treated with respect. Families should know how to ask questions and raise concerns.



We expect everyone involved with Hawks soccer to help create that environment. Encourage effort, value every player’s contribution and treat teammates, opponents and officials with dignity. Use the proper reporting channels when something falls short of those standards.
